I am using the JIRA service desk cloud now, can I change the notification email sender to our mailbox such as support@ourdomain.com instead of jira@ourdomain.atlassian.net?
if it possible, how can I do it? thank you.
Hi @Samuel Sun ,
In Jira Service Desk Cloud, you will see a pre-configured email address based on your site's URL. You can use both this existing email address and a new linked email account for your service desk email channel.
Unfortunately, you cannot update this email account with your email id, support@ourdomain.com.
However, you can have your own account in the Custom email address field.
To add your team's email address, select Add email account. Choose your email service provider and enter the requested details before selecting Next.
This information is also mentioned here.
Thanks,
Amith Mathur

thank you @Amith Mathur {Appfire}
but I am not talking about the email address for login, I mean, when client raised a ticket in Service Desk, any update will notice to him by email, but the sender will be jira@ourdomain.atlassian.net, I want to change the sender to our mail domain like support@ourdomian.com.
so the client will see, the notification mail was sent from support@ourdomian.com instead of jira@ourdomain.atlassian.net.
