We have a mandatory field that was created as short text (Plain text only) however the fields needs to be rich text.
Is there a way to change a field type?
Or do i need to re create a new field? then bulk update the existing tickets to the new field?
@Danielle David Unfortunately, you'll have to create a new custom field and bulk copy the value from the old field as you said.
