Hello there,
we want to add custom fields to the customers in our service desk portal.
The fields we want to add are related to our software, like which kind of software does a customer use (OnPremise, Cloud, 3rd Party Tools), his personal recall-phone number etc.
Whenever a customer creates a ticket at our service desk, he/she has to select his kind of software to get via dynamic forms individual questions. In addition to that he leaves his phone number for a recall.
Now our customers don't want to select these fields again and again for each new ticket, so we would like to save this information in custom fields at customers.
We know, that we can create custom fields for the workflows but it is not possible to create custom fields at customers, or ?
