custom button to external web link

Hello, i want to make button to external web link in agent view.

I have JSM Cloud, 

its possible?

Hello @Stefan M ,

If you want a shortcut for an external weblink for your agents in a JSM project, you can create it from the project navigation panel on the left.

Hi,

if you want to add a button directly in the agent view of JSM, you would typically need to use custom development or automation tools, as JSM does not natively support adding buttons directly in the agent interface.

You can create automation rules in JSM that send messages with links to external resources. While this won't create a button in the agent view, it can provide agents with quick access to external links over a linked resource or comment and so on. 

If you have development resources, you can create a custom app using Atlassian's Forge or Connect framework to add buttons or links directly in the agent view.

I often report things to an external jira and would like a button that would make it easier for me.
