customize the email notification of welcome

how can I customize the email notification that the client receives when we welcome him to the portal.

Since this is something that is currently not possible, you could try changing the text directly in SD files, you can check what I found at: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/Customize-Welcome-email-for-Customers-and-Agents/qaq-p/1052902#U1055133
