demo service project - "Invite your team to explore Demo service project"

  1. From Demo service project, select Invite team
  2. Add your teammates to join you as agents.

I do not see the "Invite Team" option in the DEMO project.  I see I can click on Teams menu and then "Invite people to Jira".  Is this what the DEMO project task is referring to?  If so, then the DEMO service project "demo basics" should be updated to reflect the that correctly as I do not see "Invite team"

Hi @Jason Gauruder ,

Have you managed to figure this out?
Side question - how did you create this "DEMO" project?

Note on inviting people to Jira > this will/could result in license consumption (same as inviting a user from a directory) as new users would need a license to use Jira or Jira Service Management.
On an additional note, if you're on Free plan and you grant licenses to more than 10 users, your plan will automatically be switched to "Standard" (Standard trial will start) - see pricing page. For JSM, on Free plan, you can only have 3 agents/licensed users and the same will apply as soon as you grant the 4th person a license.

Anyway, if you got stuck with the inviting part, feel free to share some screenshots and differences you see when inviting people or using projects.
*note - this is a public forum so mind which information you're sharing

Cheers,
Tobi
