Yesterday Since 4 PM our email to jira service management connection disconnected
we have reconnected this in Morning around 10:47 AM, but emails received during this time not available in our project, so please repush them manually

As mentioned in this document related to this scenario, when you successfully reconnect, emails that were previously received and in unread status will not be processed.
To get them processed, it's necessary to contact Atlassian support. With that in mind, I created a ticket on your behalf. You should have received a notification about it by email.
