We have a customer service project in JSM where customers can email our service address and have a ticket created. Occasionally self-signup fails, the email goes to null space, and we have no notice of this.
Is there a way that we can have notices automatically sent upon self-signup email failures? Even an API we can check would work.
I think I found what I was looking for.
If you go into a service project > project settings > Channeles & Self Service > Email then go to the alert email > three dots > configure `Error notifications email address`.
Welcome to the community.
Do you know what kind of error message that the customers are seeing? Please advise, so we can assist you further.
You can also contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) to report this issue and obtain further recommendation from Atlassian.
Sorry.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin
