I have a user for that a code is generated for his first login to Jira. But he doesn't get the email.

@Danielle Dakaud have you confirmed the user's email address is correct? Has the user checked their spam folder?

Is the user not receiving mail, this should be visible the project settings, customer notification log option.

If not contact Atlassian Support, as the email might be blocked on their side
