I am facing an issue when adding new clients in organisations:
In my Jira Service Management, when adding new clients, the added person doesn't not receive the "welcome" email with the sign-up link.
I checked "on live" with clients, and the email did not came neither in the reception box, nor in the spam box... which results in clients that cannot login to our portal.
I tried by myself adding a gmail account, and I received the email immediately and could perfectly create my password and login to the portal.
Is it related to some email providers ? If so, how can we proceed when such case happen ?

The email may be on the on the suppression list and only Atlassian Support can remove this, please create a ticket with them.
