how to export the customer satisfaction report?

Trying to export the customer satisfaction report. I see there have been many requests for this but is the only solution to buy the excel app add-on?

Can you elaborate what you mean by exporting the customer satisfaction report? 

Are you using an add-on perhaps?

As far as I'm aware you cannot export CSAT reports out of the box in JSM.

These are the current timeframes available to choose from in the CSAT report with the option of a custom range.

I have the same question, the satisfaction tab only allows you to view feedback. I want to be able to manipulate the fields and extract a report with all the feedback on it.

I've tried creating a filter but the option comment doesn't appear in the column filters and the search only offers comments and satisfaction as free text fields.

Are you aware of another way to extract this detail?

It looks like I'll have to go through the feedback and manually copy over to feedback into excel
