how to link organisation and customers across different JIRA projects ?

We want to copy the organization and Customers from different Jira projects to a specific Service Desk project. So, Is it possible to link multiple projects or link between two projects in Jira which automatically updates the Organisation and customers in the specific Service desk?

Hey @suganya 

Organizations are Jira Service Management wide! So you can add them to any project you wish, if you then invite the customers to that other project they'll automatically be in the same organization there too :) 

However, Jira (Software/Work Management) has no concept of Customers or Organizations, and as such they will not be available on your Epics/Stories etc. in those projects.
