What I want to say is: can I hide the Reports option, when a user enters Jira Service Desk?
@Angela Guarín, are you saying you want to remove the “Reports” screen or something else? I’m pretty sure that cannot be done though I have never attempted TBH. That seems to be an odd objective given the value of reports.
