doing a setup, we have wrongly added a customer to jira-servicedesk-users because this person need aproover role.
Now, I can see this user in the customer organization, but i don't know how to remove him from "internal user"
can someone help us??

Welcome to the community, okay go to https://admin.atlassian.com, choose the site, edit users, choose groups and remove this user jira-servicedesk-users, or choose a user and edit groups where he belongs.
