i already configured double-factor on my cellphone with an email. My email was changed.
Now when i try to acces on my pc, application ask for code from my phone. But due to it is related to the old email, it fails to authenticate.
How i can't update it. Authenticator, ask me for QR code however, I'd found this information
Are we here talking about a managed or unmanaged Atlassian account?
If you're account is unmanaged, you could probably navigate to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security (if you're currently logged in) and disable and enable two-step verification.
Now, for managed accounts, I'd recommend reaching out to your Org admin. Managed accounts can be maintained locally or via IdP. Your org admin will probably have more info on that, and you'll probably have to play with authentication policies for a bit to get this sorted out.
