information when a ticket is assigned

Hi,

Is there anyway to change the information in the mail sent when a ticket is assigned to a agent? . Right now the agent get the headline and just that the they got an ticket assinged to them. What i would like to add is the text the reporter wrote so they see if it's an urgent issue.
