issue is approved but the transition doesn't work

Hello, 

we have implemented a workflow with a Buisness Owner Approval. 

When the manager approve the issue, I can see in the history that the person have approved the issue, but the transition is not done.

Sometimes it works well, sometimes not.

Any ideas?

Hello,

there could be multiple checks

- does the approver has ability to transition issue (for each approvers)

- what sort of process you’re following in transtion for the approver

- check for the workflow post function or validators if any

-- That would be - check for the project permission with Transition issue permission (if project admin). Also if that's good then check with the workflow transition condition (if jira admin).

Hi, 

I have another question: it needs a licence in order to do this transition automatically? 

When the user have no license, he can approved, but the transition not occurs.

However if he have one, when the user approved, the transition works.
