I know we don't have relationship between support group and assignee in JSM,
but lot of customers not satisified. is there any way to do some customization ??
or any 3rd party plug-in are there to achive this ??

Could you use automation for this? With automation, you can select the support group based on assignee. The support group could be chosen based on customer/organization value for example.
can u please explain bit more. im not aware of that one and I'm now to JIRA
