can I have both standard and premium JSM plans? Eg. one team uses the standard plan features and another the premium ones?
Hello @Alessio Torta
You can have different plans for different products, for example have JSM standard but Confluence Premium, but within one product you can't limit features to just some users.
If there are very different needs between teams, you may want to consider creating several instances, so one for JSM users that need Premium features, and another for JSM on a standard plan, but make sure to look into the impact of this organization.
Another solution is to look into apps that can bring the functionality you need while often costing much less than upgrading an entire instance to Premium.
hi Laura, thanks for your reply. i'll be more specific...we are Infra and Dev teams. we both use JSM standard plan and this is enough for 99% of our job. As Infra only, we need to add Jira Asset Management features. is there a way to do this without upgrading all users to premium? thanks
