Hi

I added the service management but agents are having issues using it.

1. 1 user cant see the project
2. other users cant see the project, but cant open issues/tickets.

I tried several things like adding agents to groups and added groups to project but still no diffrence for them. Maby you can tell me which screens i can use to fix this.

Hi @Omar Iqbal 

You need to verify Permission Scheme configuration associated with this project. Just click Project Settings -> Permissions

  • To see the project and issues in it the users need to have Browse Projects permission.
  • To be able to create issues you need Create issues permission.

In general, by default, all Agents should have Service Desk Team role assigned, and as in screenshot those role should have Broowse Projects permission in PErmission Scheme.

You need also to verify if specified users (agents) have Jira Service Management license assigned to them. Just open each user in User Management and check if Jira Service Management is turned on:
