Hi @Annamalai
I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1116615
I recommend following up in that support ticket.
Thanks
Andy
Hi @Annamalai welcome to the community. I believe your underlying issue is JRACLOUD-25493 limiting the number of rows you can export. I would recommend voting for and watching that issue so it can get some traction.
I would agree with @Philipp Sendek that this sounds like an Atlassian issue they would need to look at. I've recommended Atlassian take a look at this request to see why you can't scroll down to see all of the records.
Hope that helps.

I think that that bug pertains to Jira issues (recently renamed to 'work items'), whereas this problem seems to be more involving a list of users (or JSM customers to be more precise). I will try to update this thread if we find a better solution here.

Hi @Annamalai ,
I might be mistaken, but as the numbers are even (40 pages / 2000 records) I just assume that you're reaching a hardcoded limit.
I would suggest to open a ticket with Atlassian and ask support whether that's the case and there are any workarounds around this.
Greetings
Philipp

Thanks Let me reach them and update here back. But the surprise part is API is too limited for 40 pages to export the customers :( .
