"Click to add comment" but the visual mode is minimized

Dear team,

Could you kindly check and advise how to fix the Visual mode?

The Text mode is okay.

I am currently using Chrome as browser. If I use Firefox, there's no issue.

Some time it is due to browser cache , try clearing the browser cache and check .

Hi Acc1211, I think you might be right.

No idea why clear browser does not work, but when I use incognito mode, it works.
