We just rolled out service desk at the school district I work for, and we have 2 main projects in use. Our IT Helpdesk and our Facility Maintenance requests. All of my IT staff and most of my maintenance staff aren't having issues except for one. When he tries to open the project in the mobile app, he gets the permission issue Contact your admin for permission to view this project. He can still view the project issues from the issues tab on the app, but can't browse the project feed. He has all the same permissions as the rest of the maintenance staff but he seems to be the only one having this issue.
@Ellie Kerns It sounds like he might be missing a project role. I would suggest using the permission helper that is available to Jira Admins to see if he is missing anything at the project level https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/
Adding on to this, it seems most of my maintenance staff are having this issue but its only in the app, they can access their project fine on the computer

Hi @Ellie Kerns - Can you confirm that this user is also a member of the jira-servicemanagement-users group?

Hmm - I'd need to defer to other members of the community to maybe help on this one.
