"Insight" only for a small user group, must all user be in product "Premium"?

Hi together,

We want a small group to work as agents with asset management and a larger group do not need asset management.
Do we have to use the "Premium" product for all agents or is there another solution?

Hi @Kortüm Thomas,

You need JSM premium if you want to be able to manage assets. By manage, I mean define the attributes, create and edit assets inside the asset lists and so on. Not all your agents must necessarily have access to manage the assets, but you cannot have part of your user base on a premium plan and another part on standard. If you all work in the same instance, and all your users have to be agents, they would all require a premium license.
