Hi @Harold Senzano ,

Welcome to the community !!

"Share with" is actually "Request participant" field. Adding Request Participant field into Request Form in Customer Portal is not supported in JSM cloud.

Already there is a suggestion ticket with Atlassian to enable it, unfortunately Atlassian not implemented it. There is a workaround mentioned by Atlassian in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-1511

i.e. It is possible to add the Request Participant field to a Form (Project Settings > Forms) which is then displayed on the customer portal; however, you cannot create new participants using this field, and due to security restrictions help-seekers will not be able to search for existing participants.

Hi @Harold Senzano ,

This is not possible to have when the customer is creating the issue. It is possible after the request has been created for customers to share with others, otherwise no.

BR,

Nikola
