send email notification to assigne email address

Dears,

I want to send email notificaiton to assigne line manager through automation when SLA is breached 

I have addon to get employee line manager from Active directory but How can I use this by automation rule to send email notification.

Hi Mohamed! 

I think you can try the following solution:

1- From the project configuration, access "Automation"
2- Establish a new automation rule whose trigger is "When sla breached.."
Choose your SLA and select "Breached"

3. Then with the action module select "send email". In "to:" set the user field where you have your manager assigned with the desired message.

first Iam using new automation under SYSTEM not the legacy automation alos the manager filed is stored in the user profile in manager filed.
