too many queues are there, what is the best way to suggest for agents to have
1- have reports instead of queues
2- or use dashboards using "filter results"
Why would you want to do that? What specific target are you trying to achieve?
If you have queues that your agents are not using, then delete them, if they are using them, then what would you achieve by getting them to work differently?
Dashboards presents a general overview and is rarely the best for quick actions. Reports are based on what plugins you have installed but what you get there can just as easily be achieved from the queues.
If you want them to use the other things then find out what your agents need for them to work better, then create the report that save them time or creates other value (i.e. correct information when needed).
