unable to uninstall clockwork Lite

Hi Team,

I am unable to install clockwork lite. It was just a trial period experimentation.

I need to be able to revert back to clock work free

I understand you wish to revert from Clockwork Lite to the Free version after your trial period. Please note that as of January 13, 2025, Clockwork Free has transitioned to Clockwork Lite. Additional details regarding this change, can be found here.

Customers who didn't upgrade to Lite are able to use the Free version for some time but with certain limitations, such as timesheets being limited to last 45 days.

However, if you did upgrade to Lite, it's already impossible to revert back to the Free version. If you have a Jira instance with up to 10 users, Clockwork Lite remains free of charge. However, for instances with more than 10 users, Clockwork Lite requires a paid subscription.
