Hi @Nitish Singh 

Please check the user's access to the JSM product in User Management. If the user has product access, go to the Helpdesk project and review the permission scheme. Based on those configurations, assign the appropriate project permissions to the user.

Can you maybe share additional details regarding this specific user, which permissions were given and how your JSM project is configured?

We're missing a bit of context, but if you cannot share details here (as this is a public forum), you could always reach out to Atlassian Support and discuss this issue with them.
