using linked issue and want to make an bulk update

We are using linked issue to an issue and we need to send out bulk updates to all the linked issue

but using 

IssueLink = kEy-xxx returns with the parent key and not the list of linked issue. 

how to make a filter to return the list of links issue to be able to use the bulk update ?
