Thanks,
Hi @Vikas Thorat , I'm not sure I'm understanding. However if you're asking how do you set up jira-service-management (JSM) to allow your customers to use an email for creating and commenting on issues the following article might help - receive-requests-from-an-email-address . By default Atlassian provides an email for each JSM project. However you can add your own custom email if you prefer.
the documentation provides the details but here are the highlights...
Project settings > Email requests
In that screen you should see which email if any is configured to process incoming requests. Again, unsure if that is precisely what you are asking for.

@Vikas Thorat , first might I ask you to please use the reply button rather than the answer button so that this discussion stays in a single thread. This will ensure that future members searching for similar answers will be able to follow along.
With that said, you should see an email under the Email requests page as I described above. Please provide a screenshot of what you see when you go to project settings and then email requests.

You are looking in the wrong location. Please navigate to your project then Project settings > email requests.
I would again refer you to this article such that you understand how email requests are handled within a JSM project - receive-requests-from-an-email-address
