I read news that Atlassian suggests to move Opsgenie to JSM, but i don't understand if its a must process which they will actually deprecate Opstein after or its just an option?
Where did you get that information? This is something that should be optional and not forcing customers to actually do this. Opsgenie will not be deprecated.
