Problem: in my organization we have thousands of customers. Customers often submit forms instead of just saving them, than they ask to the agent "please reopen it". This will cause a lot of effort wasted for mistake.
Tentative of resolution: I flagged the form as "keep opened" but in case of submission it will still be no longer editable until the agent reopen it.
Question(s)
- Is there a way to "hide" or make the submit button not clickable?
- [if not] how is it possible to request this feature?
