Hello,
I have Jira Chat setup to 5 Slack Channels, however Im looking to remove it from 1 Slack channel only.
I cant seem to find a way to do this without removing the entire app via the configuration page.
How can I remove Jira Chat from only a single Slack channel without removing the entire app?
Hi @Tristan
Chat is integrated per Jira project, not per issue in the project.
So based on your explanation on the provided issue keys, this is in a single project.
You are able to use the chat on each issue in the project.
You can simply start a new chat from from issue SD-2, but this is in the same channel.
Hi @Tristan ~ I assume you are asking how to remove the integration from a Jira project? If so, you can do so via Project Settings > Slack Integration

Heya Laurie! Not quite!
Apologies if I didnt explain it better. With Jira Chat (or Atlassian Assist..) for reference, here's the link - settings/chat?placement=projectSettings
I have 2 Jira Service Desks. I am trying to remove 1 Request Channel from SD-1 and instead setup Jira Chat with the Request Channel I removed from SD-1 with SD-2
Following their documentation here
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-chat/
I see only an option to remove or revoke our entire Slacks access to this, which is very undesirable :)

Oh I see. Well ~ that's LAME. I don't see a way to do this either. I would recommend reaching out to Support.
