Remove notifications to organization mail

Hello! WE have problems with notifications coming to our organization mail, which is used to create issues, so every time agent or customer comment issue - new issue created. How to disable these notifications?

Hi @Даниил ,

probably there's a loop in your email notifications. Verify that notification scheme doesn't send notification to your email configured in mail handler each time that agent/customer comment issue.
