It seems like the path to changing the layout of our Support Portal form has changed in Jira. I cant seem to get to the right page in our ASD (service desk project) as I once did. I used to go into this project>scroll down on the left side to Project Settings and then was able to find where I could edit the request page for each of our issue types.
I am trying to remove the Priority field from our service desk forms and cannot find it.
Go to “Request types” under project settings. Edit the RT(s) where you want to remove the priority field.
