Hi Nodar,

I think the Mail Requests need to be activated to use the feature. Go to Project settings > Mail Request > "・・・" on the right corner > Activate Mail Request, and you can activate. Then you can find the "Reply above this line" on the notification.

Notice:  To activate mail request, your JSD project must include the request type with the summary and description field required and others optional (global setting). You have to make the request type. If you don't use the request type, no problem to hidden it.

Hi Nodar,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.
I see that on the notification it does not show the "Reply above this line", but I'm not sure if that would prevent the option to reply the notification.
When you click on "Reply", does it show any message or it just doesn't show anything?
If you are the administrator of the project, can you please go to Project settings > Customer notifications > Edit templates > Revert subject and styles to default > Revert > Save. After that, test again for new notifications if you can reply.

Regards,
Angélica

If the option is disabled, the template should be the original one with the option to reply.
Please, check if the template looks like this one:

<div class="jsd-reply-marker-hint">
Reply above this line.
</div>

<div class="jsd-message-content">
${message.content}
</div>

<p>
<a class="jsd-issue-link" href="${request.url}">View request</a>
<span class="jsd-link-separator">&middot;</span>
<a class="jsd-unsubscribe-link" href="${request.disable.notifications.url}">Turn off this request's notifications</a>
</p>

<p class="jsd-request-sharedwith">
This is shared with ${request.sharedwith}.
</p>

<p>
<a class="jsd-servicedesk-link" href="${atlassian.url}">Powered by Jira Service Desk</a>
</p>

Also, have you tested using another email client?
What happens when you click on Reply?
