i see option for internal note, but suddenly the option to reply to reporter is missing?

Hey @ronenreinheimer, welcome to the community!

Do you also lack the ability to modify other aspects of the request (Assignee, Status, etc.)? Could it be that you're no longer a licensed agent in that project? Because internal collaboration is possible without a JSM license.
