Team,
I have been tasked up to generate a monthly report where in reporter is from specific email domain i.e. @XYZ.com.au and @XYZ.co.nz.
Have tried applying following filter
reporter in "*@xyz.com.au" order by created DESC
it gives error "Operator 'in' does not support the non-list value '"*@xyz.com.au"' for field 'reporter'.
Currently I am unable to get overall report with field email included in it.
Appreciate any help regarding in advance.
Thanks
Brijesh
One idea is for you to tag the issues coming from different domains using custom field via Automation for Jira rule, then you can query for the issues based on the custom field value. Or, you can setup multiple request forms for each domain customers. The second idea is not the best solution, but it can allow you to identify issues coming from different domains customers by custom request type names.
NOTE - I have not actually develop something like that yet. It is just my 2-cents.
Hope this helps.
