User (reporter) once submits PIR for approval. They can't see their summited list on their agent view (screenshot) if they are not assignee comparing with incident they can all list in their agent view. what if I create transition (automation) to add reporter as stakeholder all PIR list will be visible for them.
I agreed with what @Valerie Knapp stated. However you need to know that PIR and Incident functionality will no longer be available for the Free/Standard subscription plan. It is only now available in the Premium and Enterprise plans. You have indicated in your case that your plan is the Standard plan.
'As of October 16, 2024, advanced incident management capabilities (such as major incidents and post-incident reviews) for Jira Service Management will move from Standard to Premium plans. After this point, only Premium and Enterprise plans will have access to these capabilities."

Hope this also helps.
Best, Joseph
thank you for your information. However, the support document says "Existing projects in Free and Standard plans will continue to support existing request types and issue types". That's why I can still use PIR functionality for existing project.

It is my understanding that "support existing request types/issue types" doesn't cover Incidents and PIR functionality. Even if it does, it may not works as expected.
I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support Team (https://support.atlassian.com) for further clarification and assistance.

Hi @Jedsada R_ , thanks for your question.
It sounds like you might have an issue security scheme in this project. Please can you check this?

Hope this helps you

Hi @Jedsada R_ , that's the permission scheme, which is different, but you should check here that the agents have view permission and that it's not only given to the Assignee.
Cheers
