I have a case that I have never experience to solve it before. I don't know whether to solve it with post function or automation. The situation is as follows; A customer creates a ticket in country X(Project X), and since the ticket is not related to country X, the Agent transfers the ticket to country Y(project Y), that is, to a different project. I set this via workflow.
The reporter of the new ticket in country Y still appears as a customer. But I want the Agent user who forwarded the ticket to Project Y should be the new reporter in this ticket. How can I do that? Thank you in advance for the help. Best, Ebru
How is the transfer done, moving the issue or do you use an app or other action?
You can use a simple automation for this, if you use the move action.
