I have a Jira Service Management project that we use to manage incidenet/requests from our customers.
We need to start tracking time so can see what customers are raising the most to be able to bill accordingly.
I can get the field on the relevant form and ask the teams to log time, but not sure how I can pull out the data without a plug in/app.
If I wanted to see tickets closed in the month can pull the list but want to know more when the time was logged, any ideas if this is possible without a plugin.

Hi @Natalie Bateman I'm not aware of a way to do that without a plugin currently. I did find JSDCLOUD-2942 submitted on Atlassian's Jira site that I would suggest voting for and watching for updates. (I voted for it too).
