I have a service management project in which I am using custom forms to collect data, but the custom fields available in my form are not there in the issue view, would i still be able to create reports if am collecting data via forms? Because in issue view it won't fill any field, it just have a form section below which shows the form fields filled by the user, would that we beneficial for reporting?

The fields in the form only exist in the form. You can not see them in the issue view, or use them for searching, reporting, etc ....
If there is information in the form you need for reporting, you need to create a custom field for it in Jira. You can then use this custom field in the form.
It's also possible to link form fields to existing Jira issue fields.
