We want to setup JSM so that anybody (within our company domain) can create requests via the Portal.  We need them to be able to add 'Request Participant' at the time of Request Creation.  How do we set this up?

Hi @Kerry McLean welcome to the community.  From Settings (the gear) Products under Jira Service Management, and the 'Customer Access' section, you have an "Internal" group, you can check this to add your domain. Then make sure your 'User access settings' under Admin / Products have the 'Approved Domain' setup to give access to what you want.  I only want most of my domain users to only have access to JSM as customers, so that's how I have it setup.  If users need more access, I'll manually configure that.

Then your internal customers can have access to JSM.  Depending on if you use organizations, you may need to add them to the right Organization, and then they can create new requests and assign 'Request Participants' as needed.

Hope that helps.

Hello @Kerry McLean

Welocme to Atlassian Community!

There are two ways to do this:

1. You can add "Request Participants" option as mandatory in the Request Form under project settings.

2. You can use the share option present on customer portal after the ticket has been raised as shown below: (Check the one squared in RED)ReqP.jpg

Let me know this worked for you.

Regards
