Hi,

i need to modify fields in Request Type and i have the necessity that this change will be applied to multiple projects. There is a way to do it? I don't find something like Request Type schemas to share between projects.

Thank and best regards.

Hi @Oleksandr Salashynskyy ,

Welcome to the community !!

Request types are limited to single project. You don't have schemas to be shared. To update request types, go to project settings --> Request types.

Please note: One request type can be used in different request type groups in same project.

Hi Oleksandr,

I hope this message finds you well.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to share customer requests across multiple projects as they are limited to single project use. However, there is a practical workaround you can utilize: Forms.

You can create a Form within one project and then duplicate it across the projects where it is needed. This method will help you manage requests efficiently across different projects.

For more detailed instructions on how to build and duplicate Forms, please refer to this link.
