We created different Request Types for different types of request and then grouped them in a Portal Group. For example, Banx Portal group has multiple Request types (image1). But in the Customer Portal, none of the Request Types display (image2). This was working until recently. I've ensured that they are "Allowing Suggestions' in the Knowledge base in the project as well as ensure they are not hidden.

=> Kindly check your Portal settings and Request types in your JSM Service project.
=> Make sure that you have added the Request types in that portal.
