Request type to Report

why the IntelliSense on request type doesn't show? is there other way to the Request Type on condition? I need to use it for the reportrt.png

Hi @Mar Angelo L_ Tareno 

You can directly use JQL queries with the custom field for request type, for example:

"Request Type" = "Service Request"

 Alternatively, you can go to the Basic Search in Jira, and search by Request Type from the dropdown by selecting:

"Request Type" = "Service Request"
This allows you to filter and find specific IntelliSense on request type.
