Required assistance to publish JIRA Service Management on the organization's networ

Hello everyone.

I am using JIRA Service Management (5.17.0) DataCenter and have set up a service project for the Service Delivery Team. The application runs on a single node (Windows Server) and the app server and is accessible on the browser with IP address and port. The application is accessible among the servers but now I want to publish the application on the organization's network to make it available for end users and Service Desk Team.

Please guide me step by step about the publishing process as I am new to it and share relevant article(s) that are helpful in executing the above.

Contact your IT department on this.

This is not related to the application. 

If its running on IP and port number, it should be available anywhere, if user devices can't reach this, its an internal network issue.
