Resending the satisfaction survey

is there any chance that I can resend the satisfaction survey for customer?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

When it comes to the Customer Satisfaction survey, the notification is sent only when the ticket is resolved and currently, it’s not possible to resend this notification.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
