I'm using Jira Service Desk Cloud
I'll be asking UAT users to test and during this process they will be creating bunch of issues... how do I get rid of that and start from zero before moving to prod
Also - I'm keen to learn about strategies people are adopting to follow SDLC
Develop / configure > UAT > Prod... how things take shape on JIRA...
